Safety
Due to the handmade nature of our products please do not leave babies and small children unattended with our bows, accessories and packaging.
Please remove your child’s accessories before they go to sleep/nap, when they are in the car seat (when they are out of your reach) and at childcare facilities etc because our products are small and could potentially become a choking hazard.
Our products are entirely for use at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents arising from the wearing of our products.
By placing an order with us you agree to supervise your child at all times while wearing our products and accept that Little Miss Indie accepts no liability for use, misuse or lack of supervision while using our products.
These items are not toys.
Baby’s safety is paramount.
Afterpay
Afterpay is available.
However due to the limited stock in some of our releases there is the chance that products will oversell if Afterpay is used at the checkout, please be aware you may run the risk of your carted items overselling.
Unfortunately due to lagging in the Afterpay gateway window, products you have purchased may have oversold in the checkout stage.
Little Miss Indie is not responsible for products overselling for customers that use Afterpay and will refund customers who have had products oversell in their order.
